Update the underlying BeckhoffADS to V22. This should fix issues with “newer” compilers like GCC 13.3.0

Note: There are new versions of BeckhoffADS published, but no changes that may be important for our code were found.

Known limitations: Whenever the connection to the PLC is lost, exit() is called and the IOC is terminated. The IOC needs to be restarted, may be as a system service.
